From the desert salt pans of Gujarat, rural North Carolina, to the world of Web2 and now Web 3, I'm a community builder standing at the intersection of tech and empathy. I'm super passionate about women's communities and creating safe spaces for the most marginalized.

I was recently at Meta supporting community leaders around the world through our coaching, programs and certifications, but in the post-pandemic world I crave to build spaces where we can connect in real life. Neha is an accomplished Community Strategist & Community Builder recognized for pioneering Community-led Growth across Health and Tech in India. As a community builder, she has built India’s largest and some of the most loved communities at Quora and Babychakra (GoodGlam Group). She is helping MLL build their internal communities while co-founding Community Simplified. Additionally, she is the Director of the India Chapter for CMX focused on enabling the community eco-system for India. She is also the Co-Lead for the Voluntary Development Program for the Head Start Network Foundation, which aims to train the next tribe of emerging community leaders. Ritu Mittal is a senior Community Builder in the Indian sub-continent having built communities from 0-1 and 1-100. She has designed audience engagement & community experiences for HealthTech, FinTech and EdTech with communities of up to 4 million members. Having been a 2x founder, she is known to align community, and user engagement with business goals making her a sought-after community operator. She works across user segments, i.e. women, millennials, and gen z and has done deep work in social communities as well as communities of practice. Known to mentor emerging community talent, she is also the CMX India Director where she focuses on enabling the community ecosystem. A prolific writer & speaker, you will find her questioning status quo in order to establish new charters in the art of community building.
