Anamaria Dorgo is the Founder of Handle with Brain and works as a Learning Experience Designer and Facilitator. With degrees in psychology and human resources, Anamaria has a lifelong commitment to learning, which she channels into creating engaging learning experiences for a global community.

​In her free time, Anamaria leads a global online community of practice for Learning & Development professionals called L&D Shakers, which won the Silver Learning Give Back Award 2023 from the Learning and Performance Institute.As a freelancer, she collaborates with organizations to build internal communities and design collaborative, social, and memorable learning experiences.
